How Long to Marinate Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cloves garlic, diced

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients for the simple salmon marinade (minus the salmon) into a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Pour the marinade in the bottom of a baking sheet or a large casserole dish and then place the salmon fillet skin side up in the marinade and cover! 
  3. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes.
