5 Main Ingredients

Our shrimp Panang curry features some of our favorite Good & Gather products. Check it out:

  1. Good & Gather Panang Curry Simmer Sauce: This Panang curry simmer sauce is what gives this whole meal a divine and delicious flavor! It’s made with coconut milk, peanut butter, garlic, ginger and warm spices. You can really use this simmer sauce with any veggies and/or protein and your meal will turn out delicious.
  2. Good & Gather Mini Sweet Peppers: These greenhouse grown mini peppers are packed with a sweet and crisp flavor and when sliced up and sautéed, are the perfect complement to the Panang curry sauce.
  3. Good & Gather Refined Coconut Oil: We use coconut oil instead of any other oil because it complements the coconut in the Panang curry. Yum!
  4. Good & Gather Frozen Shrimp: The protein we used in this shrimp Panang curry is obviously…shrimp! We used frozen, already cooked shrimp so the cook time for this meal is short and sweet. Be sure to remove the tails from the shrimp before you eat them!
  5. Good & Gather Onion: Onion adds crunch, flavor, and another vegetable to the Panang curry!

Optional Add Ins

  • Lime Juice: Every curry deserves a little lime juice.
  • Good & Gather Basmati Rice: Serve your Panang curry over any grain you’d like. Our favorite is basmati rice.
  • Fresh Cilantro: Cilantro is the cherry on top for this recipe.
